Refer a Friend: Programme Details and FAQ
Who can join the Diabec refer-a-friend programme?
Any existing Diabec customer with a verified email address on file can refer friends. There is no minimum order requirement to start referring. Referrals from yourself to yourself, or to other accounts you control, are excluded under the programme terms and our anti-abuse review.
How much credit do my friends and I receive?
Your friend receives a $20 voucher applied automatically at checkout on their first order (minimum $50). You receive a $20 voucher emailed to you once the referred order has been confirmed and the customer's 30-day refund window has closed. Vouchers do not stack with subscription discounts.
When is the referral voucher emailed to me?
Vouchers are issued 30 to 35 days after the referred order is delivered, once the refund window has expired and no chargeback has been raised. Vouchers arrive via the same email address you registered with Diabec. Check your spam folder and add support@dia-bec.com to your safe-senders list.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
There is no upper limit on the number of friends you can refer. To safeguard the programme, batches of 25 or more successful referrals from a single account within 30 days trigger a manual review; legitimate referral activity is unaffected. Bulk distribution to mailing lists you do not own is not permitted.
Can I stack referral vouchers with other promotions?
Referral vouchers can be combined with free DDP shipping (always included) but cannot be combined with the 10% Subscribe and Save discount or any first-time customer code such as WELCOME10. Only one discount code applies per order at checkout, whichever is selected.
What if my friend returns their order for a refund?
If a referred friend uses the 30-Day Refund Promise, the referral voucher is not issued for that transaction, as the 30-day refund window is the gating event. You may continue to refer additional friends; each referral is evaluated independently against the same rules.
How long is my referral voucher valid for?
Each $20 referral voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are tied to your account and can be applied to any Diabec order during the validity window. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated and are not exchangeable for cash.
How is my data handled by the referral programme?
The referral programme is operated by Okendo on our behalf as a sub-processor under a written data-processing agreement. Only your email address and the email of the friend you refer are stored, and only for the purpose of tracking the referral. Both parties may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any programme email. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
